北京市水影响评价供水方法分析

摘要: 供水分析与评价,是建设项目水影响评价的重要内容之一,是落实最严格的水资源管理的有力措施。供水分析与评价主要有水源方案、自来水管线、再生水管线和建设项目取、用水合理性分析等内容。建设项目取水水源一般为自来水、再生水、地下水和地表水,根据实例给出了最常见的自来水和再生水水源的取水水源论证方法,包括供水水源保障分析、供水能力分析、现状供水量、供水范围内规划水平年的用水需求及供水水质保障等,从而论证建设项目在规划水平年的供水可靠性和可行性。并根据生产工艺复杂的奔驰二厂项目案例,从用水定额、冷却水循环利用率、产值水耗率、与奔驰发动机一厂用水指标类比等多方面分析用水合理性,提出了生产项目用水合理性分析方法,从而更好地落实水资源管理制度。

Abstract: Analysis and evaluation of water supply is one of the important contents in water impact assessment of building project, and is an effective measure to implement the strictest water management. Water source plan, water pipeline, reclaimed water pipeline and rationality analysis on water intake of building project need to be analyzed and evaluated. Running water, reclaimed water, groundwater and surface water were included in the water source of building project. Based on examples, the most common method was proposed to demonstrate the running water and reclaimed water including analysis of water supply guarantee and ability, current water supply, water demand within water supply area for planning years, and water quality guarantee. Thus the reliability and feasibility of the water supply for planning years were demonstrated. According to the case of the Benz factory with complex process, water rationality was analyzed from water quota, cyclic utilization rate of cooling water, water consumption rate per unit GDP and Benz factory previous water consumption, and the rationality method was analyzed.
