张坊供水系统与南水北调中线联合调度方案分析

摘要: 通过对新阶段张坊供水系统的功能需求和问题的分析,确定了构建张坊供水系统与南水北调中线联合调度体系的目的和意义,提出了实施惠南庄、丁家洼和大宁三处连通,实现三级分流输水的构建方案和调度原则,为建设张坊供水系统消隐加固、两大水源联调体系和具体工程措施提供了指导意见,明确了多水源的运行调度方案和工程措施实施的时序安排建议。

Abstract: Through the analysis of the functional needs and problems of Zhangfang water supply system in the new stage, the purpose and significance of constructing the joint dispatching system between Zhangfang water supply system and the South-to-North water transfer middle line were determined, the construction plan and scheduling principle for the implementation of Huinanzhuang, Dingjiawa, and Daning three connections to achieve three-level diversion of water were proposed. It could provide the guidance for the transformation of Zhangfang water supply system and the two water sources joint dispatching system and engineering measures, and could clarify the time-series arrangement proposals for the multi-water operation dispatching scheme and engineering measures.
