大口径球墨铸铁管道水压试验技术研究

摘要: 结合北京市南水北调配套工程大兴支线工程实际情况,对大口径、长距离球墨铸铁输水管道水压试验要求进行了详细介绍。分别从大口径球墨铸铁管水压试验条件、试验区段划分、试验压力选取、试验判别标准及试验问题应对措施等方面进行分析研究,确保水压试验结果能真实反映工程的质量,进而作为后期工程验收的依据。

Abstract: Based on the actual situation of the Daxing branch line project of the Beijing South-to-North water diversion project, the hydraulic test requirements of large-diameter and long-distance ductile iron water pipelines were introduced in detail. The hydraulic test conditions of large-diameter ductile iron pipe, the division of test sections, the selection of test pressure, test discrimination standards, and the countermeasures of test problems were analyzed and studied respectively, so as to ensure that the hydraulic test results can truly reflect the quality of the project, and then serve as the basis for later project acceptance.
