Abstract: In the second-phase construction project of Songzhuang flood storage and detention area, the rich-wall culvert is a 9-hole parallel structure, and the rich-wall culvert was tunneling through the rich-wall culvert with shallow burial and dark excavation. The maximum overburden of the lining roof of the first culvert is 6.5m. The strata are mainly sticky soil and fine sand, and in order to control the road settlement and stabilize the lining structure of the first culvert, the advanced small pipe grouting technology is adopted. The relaxation of excavation stratum is effectively controlled by the technology of small pipe grouting, which play a key role in the stability of the lining structure and the road settlement ensuring the settlement deformation value is controlled within the allowable range of the design. The construction technology of small pipe grouting applied in the hidden culm of Fubi Road in the second phase construction project of Songzhuang flood storage and detention area was discussed in this paper, which could provide the reference for the construction of small pipe grouting in similar projects.
