基于主成分分析法的再生水补给河道水质评价

摘要: 为研究再生水补给河道的水质状况及污染分布特征,以凉水河为研究对象,选取10个监测点于2019年6—12月进行水质指标监测。利用SPSS软件和主成分分析法,从NH3-N、DO、TN、TP、COD及BOD5等 6个水质指标中降维得出影响水质的2个主成分,根据主成分的方差贡献率和综合得分可知,上、中、下游综合得分分别为1.684、-0.852及-0.526,上游受污染最严重,主要受再生水厂尾水影响;中游水质优于上、下游,可能是地铁施工地下水抽排和河道中的沉水植物对水质的净化作用;下游受人类活动影响较大,有机污染较严重。通过主成分分析法对凉水河水质进行评价,为凉水河的污染治理提供技术参考,对再生水补水型河道的水质管理具有重要意义。

Abstract: In order to study the water quality status and pollution distribution characteristics of the reclaimed water supply river, the Liangshui River was selected as the research object, and 10 monitoring points were selected for water quality indicator monitoring from June to December 2019. Using SPSS software and principal component analysis (PCA), two principal components that affect water quality were obtained from the 6 water quality indicators of NH3-N, DO, TN, TP, COD, and BOD5. According to the variance contribution rate and synthesis scores of the PCA, the comprehensive scores of the upper, middle and lower reaches were 1.684, -0.852 and -0.526 respectively. The upstream was the most polluted, mainly affected by the tail water of the reclaimed water plant; the water quality of the middle reaches was better than that of the upstream and downstream, possibly due to underground water pumping and drainage of subway construction and submerged plants in the river; the downstream was greatly affected by human activities, and the organic pollution was more serious. The PCA was used to evaluate the water quality of Liangshui River, which could provide a technical reference for pollution control of Liangshui River, and is of great significance to the water quality management of reclaimed water supplementary rivers.
